(1) Turn off your mobile remove battery
(2) Put back battery
(3)Press and hold Volume up + Power buttons until Andorid recovery menu
comes up on Screen
(4)Scroll down with volume down button and select Format Reset / Wipe data
(5)press power button
(6)select delete all user data and press power button to confirm
(7)when is done select reboot system now and press power button
