First backup all your Mobile  data(pictures,videos,music,contacts,notes,files,etc..............)
HARD-RESET
(1)Turn off your Mobile
(2)Press and hold Volume Up +  Power button at the same time and wait until Android icon come on Mobile Screen
(3)With Volume down button press and Select
     'Wipe data/factory reset'
(4)then yes and accept with power button

                                                                            (5)then 'Reboot system now'

                                                         FACTORY DATA-RESET
            (1)Click on Setting
            (2)Scroll down and click on BACKUP & RESET
            (3)Then Factory data reset
            (4)Reset phone then Reset phone.
