Factory Data Reset
 First of all back up all your mobile data 
(1)Click Settings
(2)Scroll down & click on User & Backup
(3)Then click on Factory Data Reset & click on      Reset device
(4)click delete all
(5)Now your Mobile Factory Data Reset    Recovery  running.
HARD-RESET MOBILE
(1)Turn off your Mobile
(2)Press & Hold Power + Home + Volume up Buttons at same time

When the Mobile Vibrates Release the Home & Power Buttons both but Don,t Release the Volume up button keep Pressing Volume up Button until the Android Recovery System come ,When Android Recovery System come Release Volume up Button ,with Volume down Button Press & Select WIPE DATA / FACTORY RESET to Confirm Press Power Button, then select YES Delete all user data, The process will take 2 or 3 mintes when done select Reboot System Now & Restart device all done.
